The 2026 Open Enrollment Period runs from 11/1/2025 to 1/15/2026 for Pennsylvania. Plan selections made before 12/31/2025 will be effective for coverage beginning 1/1/2026. Plan selection made after 12/31/2025 will be effective for coverage beginning 2/1/2026.The 2026 Open Enrollment Period runs from 11/1/2025 to 1/15/2026 for Delaware and West Virginia.
